Raise an Army for Acherus
Recruit 20 Troops as a Death Knight.
Raise an Army for Acherus requires recruiting 20 troops as a Death Knight using the Battle for Azeroth mission table, and rewards the Ebon Blade Planning Map decor item upon completion.
Recruit Troops at Mission Table
Recruit troops using the BfA mission table on any Death Knight — this achievement is warbound, so troops recruited across multiple Death Knights all count toward the same total of 20.
Kill Troops to Recruit More
You cannot recruit new troops while you still have active ones, and you cannot manually dismiss them, so you must run their vitality to zero by sending them on missions — look for missions with the Lethal hazard (green skull icon), which drains all troop vitality, and do not counter that hazard so the troops die.
Buy Argus Troops for Faster Progress
If your character has completed Argus content, you can purchase 
Krokul Ridgestalker from an NPC in Krokuun and 
Void-Purged Krokul from an NPC in Eredath for 
150 Order Resources each ( 900 Order Resources for additional purchases each week), and 
Lightforged Bulwark from an NPC in the Vindicaar — you can buy up to 7 of the Krokuun and Eredath troops each (using 2 purchases of each since they are Unique 5), giving you 7 troops dying at once instead of 3, finishing the achievement in roughly 5–6 logins.
Tips
The achievement counter is warbound, so spreading recruitment across multiple Death Knight characters all feeds the same progress total.
