Defeat the following trainers of Northrend with a team of all level 25 Magic pets.
Magic Battler of Northrend requires defeating the pet battle trainers of Northrend using a full team of level 25 Magic pets.
Build Your Magic Team
Assemble a team of level 25 Magic pets. Three Anomalus pets each with abilities Void Nova and Poison Protocol have been confirmed to work across all Northrend trainers.
Defeat Most Northrend Trainers
Use three Anomalus pets and rotate them to keep Void Nova and Poison Protocol on cooldown at all times, swapping between pets to maintain both debuffs continuously. This strategy works for Okrut and Nearly Headless Jacob. An alternative team of Anomalus (1/1/1), Enchanted Broom (2/1/2), and Sapphire Cub (1/1/2) has also been confirmed to work across all Northrend trainers.
Defeat Major Payne
Against Major Payne, leave your first Anomalus in battle until it dies while keeping Void Nova and Poison Protocol on cooldown, and use Ooze Touch to reduce Grizzle's health. This fight is subject to some RNG variance.
Alternative Team for Jacob
For Nearly Headless Jacob, Anomalus (1/1/1), Eldritch Manafiend (2/2/1), and Arcane Eye (2/2/2) also works, with the first two pets doing the majority of the damage.
