Complete Infinite Research Assignments
Complete Infinite Research daily assignments up to the quest limit of 3 per day. Progress toward the 150 required completions can be tracked in-game on the achievement panel.
Speak With Eternus
Once you have reached the required number of completions, speak with Eternus to accept your promotion to Principal Chronoquery Investigator and claim the Chronoscholar title.

After completing the promotion quest, Infinite Research dailies will award 1500x Bronze per completion (up from 1250x) and 1x 
Stack of Chronoqueries, which can be used to reroll assignments and allows you to buffer up to 3 rerolls instead of the previous single reroll from Eternus.
