Visit all Val'sharah locations
Travel to each of the 13 major locations in Val'sharah: Andutalah at 67.6, 56.4; Black Rook Hold at 38.8, 51.8; Bradensbrook at 42.4, 58.6; The Dreamgrove at 44.2, 30.4; Gloaming Reef at 25.5, 66.5; Grove of Cenarius at 51.9, 64; Lorlathil at 54.6, 73; Mistvale at 71.6, 39.1; Moonclaw Vale at 61.2, 73.1; Shala'nir at 61.1, 31.1; Smolderhide Thicket at 47.3, 85.1; Temple of Elune at 54.1, 55.4; and Thas'talah at 47.9, 69.6. Simply passing through or near each location will reveal that area on your map.

If you have previously fully discovered Val'sharah on any character in your account, open your Spellbook, navigate to the General section, and use the Warband Map to Everywhere All At Once ability to instantly complete the exploration achievement.
