The '10 Coins of Ancestry' achievement is earned by collecting 10 Coins of Ancestry from Elders scattered across Azeroth during the annual Lunar Festival event.
Wait for Lunar Festival
The Lunar Festival runs from the second-to-last Sunday of January through the second Saturday of February, lasting approximately 21 days — this is the only time of year Coins of Ancestry can be collected.
Speak to Elders for Coins
Locate Elders spread throughout Azeroth and speak to each one to receive a Coin of Ancestry; there are 50 Elders in total, and you need only 10 to complete this achievement.
Note Solo and Group Elders
Most Elders can be reached and spoken to alone, though a small number are located in areas that may require grouping with other players to access safely.
Tips
Coins of Ancestry can also be spent on cosmetic festival items including the
Lunar Lantern, 
Festive Green Dress, 
Festive Purple Dress, 
Festive Pink Dress, 
Festive Black Pant Suit, 
Festive Blue Pant Suit, and 
Festive Teal Pant Suit, so collect more than 10 if you want any of these.
