The MiniZep Controller achievement is a Feat of Strength awarded for owning the 
MiniZep Controller, originally obtained from the Winter Veil gift in 2010.
Loot the MiniZep Controller
The achievement can still be earned today by looting the MiniZep Controller from a 
Stolen Present during the Winter Veil holiday event.
Receive the Feat of Strength
Once the MiniZep Controller is looted, the Feat of Strength is granted automatically; this applies even if you previously owned the toy and lost it, such as through a character faction transfer.
