Red Rider Air Rifle, the 2009 Vintage Winter Veil gift, which can be obtained either by purchasing it directly from a vendor or looting it from a 
Stolen Present during the Winter Veil event.
Purchase the Red Rider Air Rifle
The Red Rider Air Rifle can be purchased directly from toy shops in most major cities and both versions of Dalaran. Buying it from the vendor awards the Feat of Strength immediately upon purchase.
Loot from Stolen Present
As an alternative, the Red Rider Air Rifle can drop from any version of the Stolen Present during the Winter Veil event. Note that looting it this way may not always trigger the Feat of Strength automatically — if the achievement does not appear, open a support ticket with Blizzard.
