Wrath of the Horde
Kill 5 Alliance players in each of the cities listed below.
Wrath of the Horde requires you to kill 5 Alliance players in each of the listed Alliance cities.
Enable War Mode
Before entering any Alliance city, enable War Mode on both the toon performing the achievement and the opposing faction toon being used to fulfill the kills.
Solo Method Setup
Park the toon you want the achievement on (toon 1) in a out-of-the-way spot inside the target Alliance city with War Mode enabled, then log out. On a separate opposing-faction toon (toon 2), strip all gear for faster killing and park it at the exact same spot with War Mode enabled.
Alt-F4 Login Trick
While logged into toon 2, Alt-F4 out of the game, then immediately log back in on toon 1. Toon 2 will still appear in the world briefly due to the session overlap, allowing toon 1 to kill it.
Honor Kills Not Required
The kill does not need to award honor to count toward the achievement, confirmed by testing with a level 1 trial account character, so kills via this method are valid.
Use Midsummer Bonfires
During the Midsummer Fire Festival, Alliance city bonfires are reliable camping spots where players naturally congregate, making them effective locations for getting kills in cities like Darnassus and Exodar where player traffic is otherwise very low.
