Darkmoon Despoiler
Turn in all nine Darkmoon Artifacts.
Darkmoon Despoiler requires you to turn in all nine Darkmoon Artifacts, which are collected from dungeons, raids, and battlegrounds and turned in as quests at the Darkmoon Faire once per monthly festival.
Obtain the Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide
Pick up the 
Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide from the Darkmoon Faire to enable artifact drops from dungeons, raids, and battlegrounds. You must have this in your inventory for the items to drop.
Collect all nine artifacts
Gather the following nine artifacts: 
Fallen Adventurer's Journal, 
Banner of the Fallen, 
Captured Insignia, 
Imbued Crystal, 
Monstrous Egg, 
Mysterious Grimoire, 
Ornate Weapon, 
A Treatise on Strategy, and 
Soothsayer's Runes. Note that A Treatise on Strategy drops in heroic dungeon mode, while the remaining artifacts drop in normal mode dungeons — only level-appropriate dungeons will yield drops.
Turn in artifacts monthly
Turn in each artifact quest at the Darkmoon Faire during the festival window. Each quest can only be completed once per monthly festival, so if you miss any artifacts in a given month, you must wait until the following month's faire to turn them in.
Track remaining turn-ins

Tips
Working toward this achievement simultaneously completes Darkmoon Dungeoneer and Darkmoon Defender, as the same artifact turn-ins count toward all three.
Artifact drops occur at any time during the month, even when the Darkmoon Faire is not currently open — only the turn-in quests require the faire to be active.
Because each quest is limited to once per monthly festival, completing all nine turn-ins requires a minimum of one full monthly faire cycle, and potentially multiple months if you miss any drops.
