Every character contributing factions to this achievement must be Exalted with their guild. Characters who are only Revered with the guild will not have their factions counted. If you recently reached guild Exalted, relog to ensure your reputations register.

Use the following macro to see which factions still need to be reached and how many remain. For Horde, replace d=5812 with d=5892. The macro prints each uncompleted faction and a running total of how many are still needed.

There are 63 factions on the list, so you only need 55 of them. Each faction counts only once across the guild, so if one member is Exalted with a faction, no one else needs to farm it. Two factions on the list are no longer obtainable but still count if a guild member earned them previously. For opposing factions such as those tied to Sholazar Basin choices, only the faction a character is currently Exalted with counts, not both.

If the guild needs both sides of a mutually exclusive faction pair, one character cannot count both. A second character or guild alt must farm the opposing faction to contribute that reputation to the guild's total.

A guild member who has completed the Insane in the Membrane achievement will already be Exalted with several factions that are otherwise time-consuming to farm, covering multiple criteria toward the 55 needed.
