WoW's 7th Anniversary is a Feat of Strength achievement earned simply by logging into the game during the anniversary celebration period from November 20th to December 3rd, 2011.
Log In During Anniversary
Log into any character on any server between November 20th and December 3rd, 2011 to receive the achievement. You will also receive a 
Celebration Package, an item usable only during the two-week celebration window that applies an anniversary buff when used.
Claim On Every Character
The Feat of Strength is awarded per character, so log into each character on every server where you want the achievement recorded.
