Complete the Leyara quests in Mount Hyjal and the Molten Front.
Legacy of Leyara is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Leyara quest chain in Mount Hyjal and the Molten Front, rewarding the 
Smoke-Stained Locket.
Prioritize Filling the Moonwell
Complete the Filling the Moonwell (or Nourishing Waters) quest before Additional Armaments (or Well Armed) and Calling the Ancients (or Aid of the Ancients), as doing so unlocks the quest Into the Depths first.
Complete Into the Depths
Finish the quest Into the Depths in the Molten Front to trigger the locket reward.
Claim Locket from Mail
After completing Into the Depths, check your in-game mailbox for a letter from Theresa Barkskin containing the Smoke-Stained Locket, which she found near the lava's edge in the Igneous Depths.
Complete the Quest Chain
Use the Smoke-Stained Locket to start the follow-up quest chain and travel to Moonglade to turn it in and complete the Leyara story.
Tips
Completing Filling the Moonwell first is the fastest path to unlocking Into the Depths, which triggers the locket reward.
