Ragnar-O's
Defeat Ragnaros while three Living Meteors are ignited by Lava Wave.
Ragnar-O's requires you to defeat Ragnaros after three Living Meteors have been simultaneously struck by a Lava Wave during Phase 3.
Enter Firelands, Reach Phase 3
Enter the Firelands raid and bring Ragnaros down to below 40% health to trigger Phase 3, where Living Meteors begin spawning. Do not push him below 10% until the achievement criteria is met.
Gather Three Living Meteors
Living Meteors spawn periodically in Phase 3 and fixate on a random target. Knock them back with a single attack to redirect them, but note they can only be knocked back roughly every 5 seconds and accelerate as they chase their target. Kite and maneuver until three Living Meteors are fixating on you simultaneously.
Align Meteors With Lava Wave
When Ragnaros slams his hammer Sulfuras into the ground, it spawns three Lava Waves — one traveling directly forward and one each to the left and right. Position all three Living Meteors so that a Lava Wave passes through them; once all three are ignited, the achievement criteria turns complete and you can finish the fight.
Tips
If you have a pet, place it in melee range of Ragnaros on passive so it does not accidentally knock Meteors away from your setup.
Track the achievement in your UI — the criteria will visually update when all three Meteors have been hit by a Lava Wave, signaling it is safe to kill Ragnaros.
For frost mages, leaving a Magma Trap active near your position can help control where the Meteors cluster before a Lava Wave hits them.
