Use your Winter Veil Chorus Book to carol in enemy capital cities during the Feast of Winter Veil.
A-Caroling We Will Go is a Feast of Winter Veil achievement earned by visiting four enemy faction capital cities and using the 
Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater to carol within each city's limits.
Open Your Winter Veil Gift
Open the 
Winter Veil Gift under the tree in your faction's capital city to receive the Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater. The presents cannot be opened until 4:59 server time on December 25th.
Visit All Four Cities
Travel to each of the four opposing faction capital cities — Stormwind, Ironforge, Darnassus, and The Exodar — in any order. You will be flagged for PvP upon entering each city, and you must be within the actual city limits for the carol to count.
Carol Inside Each City
While inside each city, click the Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater directly in your inventory to sing — it is not a slash command. Repeat this in all four cities to complete the achievement.
Tips
The Exodar has guards at every entrance and does not allow flying inside; use the side entrance to avoid guard aggro.
Keep your Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater repaired before each city visit — the sweater will not function at zero durability, requiring a round trip to repair before continuing.
