United Nations
Raise 55 reputations to Exalted.
United Nations requires your guild to collectively reach Exalted with 55 out of 63 eligible factions, rewarding the Dark Phoenix Hatchling pet upon completion.
Use the Tracking Macro
Run the in-game macro to see your guild's current progress. Alliance players use achievement ID 5812 and Horde players use achievement ID 5892. The macro prints every faction not yet at Exalted and shows how many are still needed.
Understand What Counts
Only one guild member needs to hold Exalted with a given faction for it to count toward the achievement. There are 63 factions on the list, so your guild only needs 55 of them covered.
Know What Does Not Count
Guild reputation itself does not count toward the 55. Friendship reputations such as the individual Tiller characters also do not count. It is no longer possible to gain reputation with certain factions removed in patch 4.0.3a, as those are now Feats of Strength.
Fix Missing Registrations
If a faction you know is at Exalted is not appearing as credited, relog or wait a short time for the reputation to register properly.
Tips
Switching factions (for example, changing your character's faction) may cause the original faction's Exalted standing to be tagged and counted toward the achievement.
