Only the Penitent...
Activate both of Fandral's Flames at once in Firelands without any raid member getting hit by Kneel to the Flame!
"Only the Penitent..." is a 10-point Firelands raid achievement that requires activating both of Fandral's Flames simultaneously without any raid member being struck by the Kneel to the Flame cast.
Enter Firelands Raid
Enter the Firelands raid and locate the two flame orbs on pedestals associated with Fandral's Flames. The area also contains a trash pack including a humanoid Druid of the Flame who chain-casts Kneel to the Flame — watch his cast bar, as the achievement fails if anyone is hit by the explosion when the cast finishes.
Remove Pets and Problem Gear
Before clicking the orbs, dismiss all companions, pets, minions, and elementals, and unequip any gear that causes spawns such as 
Gurthalak, Voice of the Deeps, as these can interfere with credit being granted.
Position One Player Per Orb
This achievement requires exactly two players — one positioned at each of the two flame orbs. Players must not be shapeshifted and must not be in bear, cat, or wolf form.
Sit and Activate Both Flames
Both players must use a sitting emote (such as /sit, /kneel, /lie, or /sleep, or press the default X keybind) and then click their respective flame orb at the same time — coordinate via voice communication and wait until the humanoid druid's Kneel to the Flame cast finishes before clicking to avoid any player being hit.
Tips
This achievement is required for Glory of the Firelands Raider.
