You Have Been Challenged
Complete a guild challenge.
You Have Been Challenged is a 10-point guild achievement earned by completing one guild challenge, which requires running a dungeon, raid, or battleground with a minimum number of guild members in the group.
Open Guild Interface
Open your guild interface and navigate to the Info tab on the far right to view the three types of Guild Challenges available: Dungeon Challenge, Raid Challenge, and Battleground Challenge.
Complete a Dungeon Challenge
The fastest way to earn this achievement is to complete any dungeon with at least 3 guild members in the group, which counts as a Dungeon Challenge and awards 300,000 guild experience along with 
125 gold deposited into the guild bank, with a limit of 7 completions per week.
Verify Group Composition
If you are in a small guild, you need a minimum of 3 members from the same guild in the group for a dungeon run to count toward the Guild Challenge; running Heroic Nexus with a tankadin, a bear, and a warlock on three accounts from the same guild is one example that works.
