Enter Zul'Aman on Heroic Difficulty and kill the trash mobs leading up to the first boss on the right, then kill the trash leading up to the second boss — do not kill either boss. Run out, reset the instance, and repeat. Each run yields around 10 Amani Hex Sticks, and resetting this way means you are not locked to a daily cooldown between attempts.

Use your collected Amani Hex Sticks on the Forest Frogs in the central area of Zul'Aman. Each frog un-hexed can rescue a humanoid NPC, spawn a vendor, or yield Mojo as a non-combat pet. Possible rewards from rescued humanoids include Hollowed Bone Decanter and Sealed Scroll Case. The NPCs, including any vendors, eventually walk back toward the entrance — find Relissa at 49.1, 58.3 and Melissa at 48.2, 47.5, with an additional location at 49.3, 50.6 where frogs can also appear.

The achievement requires un-hexing all potential hex victims, but specific NPCs such as Tyllan and Micah can be very slow to appear due to RNG — NPCs can repeat, so you may encounter duplicates like two Micahs before a missing one appears. Any party member using an Amani Hex Stick on a frog counts toward the achievement progress for everyone in the group.
