Thirty Tabards requires you to collect 30 tabard slot appearances on a single character, as this achievement is not account-wide.
Track Unequipped Tabards
Use this in-game macro to see which tabards you have and have not yet equipped: /run t={"124cff00ff00done124r","124cffff0000not done124r"} for i=1,30000 do desc,_,done,_,_,_,_,id=GetAchievementCriteriaInfoByID(621,i) if id then _,link=GetItemInfo(id) print(link or desc,t[done and 1 or 2]) end end — run it twice if nothing appears on the first attempt.
Equip Tabards From City Factions
Capital city faction tabards and Cataclysm faction tabards together provide well over 30 eligible appearances; collecting and equipping tabards from these sources is sufficient to complete the achievement.
Consider Pandaria Faction Tabards
Tabards from Pandaria factions such as the 
Tillers Tabard, the 
Order of the Cloud Serpent Tabard, and the 
Tushui Tabard also count toward the achievement and can help fill remaining slots.
Tips
All 30 tabards must be equipped on the same character — progress does not carry across your account.
