Drink the following Cataclysm beverages.
Drown Your Sorrows is a 10-point Cataclysm achievement that requires you to drink ten specific Cataclysm beverages obtainable through cooking, vendors, and dungeon drops.
Buy Water From Innkeepers
Purchase 
Fresh Water, 
Highland Spring Water, and 
Sparkling Oasis Water from most innkeepers — Innkeeper Gryshka in Orgrimmar (at 39.56, 48.31 near The Western Earthshrine) or Innkeeper Allison in Stormwind's Trade District.
Craft Cooking Beverages
Use your Cooking skill to craft 
Darkbrew Lager (a trainable recipe whose required materials are sold by Lynn Baxter in Twilight Highlands), 
Highland Spirits (recipe costs 3 Chef's Awards), 
South Island Iced Tea (recipe costs 5 Chef's Awards), and 
Starfire Espresso (recipe costs 3 Chef's Awards, and requires Cocoa Beans also sold by the Stormwind recipe vendor Jon Casper).
Buy Murky Water In Zul'Aman
Enter the Zul'Aman heroic dungeon and find Zungam on the second floor of a hut near the water leading toward the Lynx boss — speak to him without freeing him to purchase 
Murky Water; freeing him converts him into a repair vendor and removes his drink stock.
Obtain Fungus Squeezings
Fungus Squeezings is a reasonably common drop from Cataclysm heroic instances and can also drop from select mobs in Tol Barad, Hyjal, or Vashj'ir, and is also sold by Gronk Hamcheeks at the Crucible of Carnage in Twilight Highlands.
Obtain Greasy Whale Milk
Greasy Whale Milk can be purchased from Caretaker Movra at Silver Tide Hollow in the Shimmering Expanse, or obtained as a drop from mobs in Vashj'ir or Uldum.
