It's Not Easy Being Green
Do not get hit by Bloodvenom, Pool of Acrid Tears, or Venomous Effusion in the High Priest Venoxis encounter in Zul'Gurub on Heroic Difficulty.
It's Not Easy Being Green is a 10-point Heroic difficulty achievement earned by defeating High Priest Venoxis in Zul'Gurub without being hit by Bloodvenom, Pool of Acrid Tears, or Venomous Effusion.
Clear Ads at Staircase
Before engaging High Priest Venoxis, kill the two large adds at the bottom of the staircase to avoid complications during the fight.
Aggro Boss, Do Not Nuke
Pull High Priest Venoxis but deal damage slowly — do not burn him down immediately, as he must survive long enough to transition into Phase 2 and transform into a snake. Skipping this transition will prevent the achievement from completing even if you avoid all mechanics.
Avoid All Green Hazards
Throughout the fight, avoid all green hazards: the green beams and rays that follow you in Phase 2 as Venoxis moves up the stairs, the green circles and pools that randomly spawn beneath you, and the Poison Maze that forms during the encounter. Do not step in any green pools, green trails, or green anything — the Poison Maze walls cannot be jumped over safely.
Kill Boss After Transition
Once High Priest Venoxis has transformed into a snake in Phase 2, burn him down to complete the fight and earn the achievement.

If Venoxis dies before transforming into a snake, the achievement will not register — reset the encounter and allow the phase transition to occur before finishing the boss.
