Complete all daily quests available in both Tol Barad and Tol Barad Peninsula, including the rotational dungeon quests inside Tol Barad and the gather and kill quests in Tol Barad Peninsula.
Trigger quest rotation
If the same quests keep appearing each day, be present in the Tol Barad Peninsula camp with the quest givers at the daily reset time, as this has been shown to cause different rotational quests to spawn.
