Visit Largo's Overlook
Speak with Sergeant Gray at Largo's Overlook to pick up available daily quests, which may include Ghostbuster, Cannonball!, or Taking the Overlook Back.
Visit Wellson Shipyard
Speak with Sergeant Gray at Wellson Shipyard to pick up available daily quests, which may include WANTED: Foreman Wellson, Watch Out For Splinters!, or Bomb's Away!.
Visit Rustberg Village
Speak with Commander Marcus Johnson at Rustberg Village to pick up available daily quests, which may include Not The Friendliest Town or Teach A Man To Fish.... Or Steal.
Visit Farson Hold

Be present at daily reset
Each NPC offers 2 random daily quests per sub-zone, meaning only a maximum of 6 Peninsula dailies are available each day. To increase the variety of quests offered — including rarer ones like Boosting Morale, Shark Tank, Teach A Man To Fish, WANTED: Foreman Wellson, and Taking The Overlook Back — be standing at your camp in Tol Barad at the moment of the daily reset rather than arriving after reset has already occurred.
Tips
Being physically present in Tol Barad at the daily reset time causes the quest rotation to randomize properly, making otherwise rarely seen quests such as Boosting Morale, Shark Tank, and WANTED: Foreman Wellson appear.
