Deadliest Catch requires you to fish up Gahz'ranka in Zul'Gurub using the Mudskunk Lure.
Enter Zul'Gurub
Enter Zul'Gurub and immediately turn left through the tall grass, passing to the left of the troll mob in front of a hut.
Reach the circular moat
Jump into the water and swim over the waterfall, dropping down into the large circular moat below.
Use the Mudskunk Lure
Use the Mudskunk Lure while fishing in the moat to fish up Gahz'ranka and earn the achievement — you do not need to kill Gahz'ranka, only fish him up.
Tips
This achievement is expected to become a Feat of Strength once Zul'Gurub is removed, so complete it as soon as possible.
