The '1000 Conquest Points' achievement requires you to earn a total of 1000 Conquest Points through PvP activities such as battlegrounds or arenas.
Use a Champion's Honor
Using one 
Champion's Honor in Season 3 is confirmed to complete this achievement as of version 6.2.3.
Win Daily Battlegrounds
If you prefer the traditional route, your first random or Call to Arms battleground win each day awards 100 Conquest Points, with each subsequent win awarding 50 points — note that purchasing points from the Valor Point Quartermaster does not count toward this achievement.
Reach Weekly Point Cap
Even without participating in arenas, you can earn up to 1, 343 Conquest Points per week through battlegrounds alone, meaning this achievement can be completed in as few as 4 winning sessions depending on your weekly cap progress.
Tips
Buying points from the Valor Point Quartermaster does not count toward this achievement's progress.
