Learn Dense Embersilk Bandage
Visit your First Aid Trainer to learn the Dense Embersilk Bandage recipe, which requires relearning as of Patch 5.0.4 if you previously knew it.
Gather 1500 Embersilk Cloth
Dense Embersilk Bandage costs 3 Embersilk Cloth each, meaning 500 bandages require exactly 1500 Embersilk Cloth total — available from mobs or the Auction House.
Craft 500 Dense Embersilk Bandages
Create Dense Embersilk Bandages directly rather than the Field Bandage version, which costs one additional cloth per craft; note that the Heavy Embersilk Bandage does NOT count toward this achievement, despite the achievement icon suggesting otherwise.
Tips
As of Patch 4.0.6, the Field Bandage: Dense Embersilk version also counts toward the achievement, but costs one extra cloth per bandage compared to crafting Dense Embersilk Bandage directly.
