The Cataclysmic Gourmet
Cook 30 of the Cataclysm recipes listed below.
The Cataclysmic Gourmet is a 10-point achievement earned by cooking 30 Cataclysm recipes, which can be learned by purchasing them from Shazdar (Horde) or Bario Matalli (Alliance) using Epicurean's Award tokens, with the exceptions of Blackened Surprise, Recipe: 
Seafood Magnifique Feast, Recipe: Broiled Dragon Feast, and Darkbrew Lager.
Earn Epicurean's Award Tokens
You need 91 Epicurean's Award tokens to purchase 29 Cataclysm cooking recipes. Earn 1–2 tokens per day from cooking dailies in capital cities, 1–2 tokens per day from the Dalaran cooking daily, or 5 tokens from the Dalaran fishing daily reward item, which can be traded or purchased on the Auction House and used multiple times per day.
Buy Recipes from Vendors
Purchase all available Cataclysm cooking recipes from Shazdar (Horde) or Bario Matalli (Alliance) — these vendors cover 29 of the 30+ recipes you need, excluding Blackened Surprise, Recipe: Seafood Magnifique Feast, Recipe: Broiled Dragon Feast, and Darkbrew Lager.
Gather Twilight Highlands Ingredients
Fish for 
Algaefin Rockfish and 
Highland Guppy in Twilight Highlands, and kill mobs in the area for 
Dragon Flank — you need 1 Algaefin Rockfish, 5 Highland Guppy, and 7 Dragon Flank total across the relevant recipes. Head to at 62, 79 in the zone to begin farming.
Gather Uldum Ingredients
Kill Crocolisks at Vir'naal River in Uldum for 
Crocolisk Tail (2 needed), kill Carrion Birds for 
Delicate Wing (5 needed), and fish for 
Blackbelly Mudfish (2 needed). Head to at 66.4, 60.4 in Uldum to start, then also check at 70.2, 67.6.
Gather Mount Hyjal Ingredients
Fish for 
Mountain Trout (1 needed), 
Sharptooth (3 needed), and 
Striped Lurker (2 needed) in Mount Hyjal, and kill mobs there for 
Toughened Flesh (1 needed) and 
Giant Turtle Tongue (1 needed).
Gather Vashj'ir Ingredients
In Vashj'ir, fish or loot for 
Deepsea Sagefish (2 needed), and kill mobs for 
Snake Eye (1 needed) and 
Monstrous Claw (1 needed).
Gather Tol Barad Peninsula Fish
Fish for 
Fathom Eel (5 needed) on the Tol Barad Peninsula.
Gather Deepholm Basilisk Liver
Kill Shalehide Basilisks at The Pale Roost in north-western Deepholm to obtain Basilisk "Liver" (1 needed).
Gather Dragon Flank from Deepholm
Kill Stonescale Drakes at the Alabaster Shelf below Storm's Fury Wreckage in south-eastern Deepholm to collect Dragon Flank (the Broiled Dragon Feast recipe requires 3 Dragon Flank and 2 Delicate Wing).
Obtain Sold and Crafted Ingredients
Purchase 
Highland Pomegranate (1), 
Refreshing Spring Water (4), 
Tropical Sunfruit (1), 
Simple Flour (2), and 
Cocoa Beans (2) from vendors, and obtain the 
Mysterious Fortune Card (1) through Inscription using Blackfallow Ink and Light Parchment.
Complete Blood Shrimp Quest
Obtain 
Blood Shrimp (2 needed) through the associated quest to unlock the final required recipe ingredients.
Cook 30 Cataclysm Recipes
With all ingredients gathered and recipes learned, cook each of the 30 required Cataclysm recipes at a cooking fire to complete The Cataclysmic Gourmet.
Tips
The Dalaran fishing daily reward item that grants 5 Epicurean's Award tokens can be traded or purchased on the Auction House, and each item can be used multiple times per day, making it the fastest way to accumulate tokens.
Horde players running the cooking dailies Corn Mash, Everything Is Better with Bacon, or Roach Coach earn 2 tokens per day; Alliance players running Feeling Crabby?, Keepin' the Haggis Flowin', or Ribs for the Sentinels also earn 2 tokens per day — completing these alongside the Dalaran daily Mustard Dogs! (which awards 3 tokens total including bag reward) maximizes daily token income.
Recipes for Blackened Surprise, Seafood Magnifique Feast, Broiled Dragon Feast, and Darkbrew Lager are not sold by Shazdar or Bario Matalli, so you can complete the achievement using the remaining vendor-purchasable recipes without needing these four.
Note that recipes which previously required Fresh Water now require
Refreshing Spring Water instead.
