Toughened Flesh x1 drops from Fleeing Stags in Hyjal, Stone Bats in Deepholm, Mangy Hyenas in Uldum, Highland Worgs in Twilight Highlands, Frenzied Orcas in Kelp'thar Forest, and Chasm Stalkers in Abyssal Depths. Dragon Flank x4 and Monstrous Claw x1 are also mob drops from Cataclysm zones.

Basilisk Liver x1 drops from any variety of basilisk in Deepholm or Hyjal. Giant Turtle Tongue x1 drops from Seabrush Terrapins in Abyssal Depths, Speckled Sea Turtles in Kelp'thar Forest, and Softshell Sea Turtles in Shimmering Expanse.

Mountain Trout x1 is fished in Mount Hyjal, Azshara, and Winterspring. You will also need Deepsea Sagefish x2, Striped Lurker x2, Blackbelly Mudfish x2, Algaefin Rockfish x1, Sharptooth x3, Highland Guppy x5, Fathom Eel x3, Lavascale Catfish x6, and Blood Shrimp x2 from Cataclysm fishing pools.

Highland Pomegranate x1 is sold by innkeepers in most capital cities, as well as in Highbank and Dragonmaw Port in Twilight Highlands and on the docks in Uldum. Tropical Sunfruit x1 is sold by vendors in Highbank, Dragonmaw Port, and on the docks in Uldum. Simple Flour x2, Cocoa Beans x2, Noble Hops x1, and Dry Yeast x1 are purchasable cooking vendor items.

Each city offers a different fishing daily quest, giving you up to 3 separate chances per day to receive a quest that awards two tokens instead of one, which speeds up acquiring all needed recipes. All 32 recipes require approximately 91 tokens total, but since you only need 15 recipes, your token cost will be significantly lower.

You will also need Fresh Water x4, Delicate Wing x3, Crocolisk Tail x2, Mysterious Fortune Card x1, and Snake Eye x1 — these come from Cataclysm mobs, fishing, and vendors depending on the specific item.

Once you have the required ingredients and recipes, open your Cooking skill and craft any 15 of the 32 available Cataclysm recipes to complete the achievement.
