Defeat Nefarian on Heroic
Enter Blackwing Descent and defeat Nefarian on Heroic difficulty. This achievement can be completed in either 10-player or 25-player Heroic mode.
Ensure guild group requirement
Confirm all raid members defeating Nefarian are part of your guild. The kill must occur while in a guild group to be eligible for the realm first.
Be first on your realm
Complete the kill before any other guild on your realm defeats Nefarian on Heroic difficulty. The achievement will be announced to all logged-in players on both factions when obtained.
