Realm First! Working as a Team
First guild on the realm to obtain 525 skill points in all professions and secondary professions.
Realm First! Working as a Team requires your guild to be the first on the server to have 15 individual characters, each with a different profession at 525 skill and each holding at least Honored reputation with the guild, covering every primary, secondary, and Archaeology profession.
Assign One Profession Per Character
Each of the 15 required professions must be covered by a separate character — a character with 525 Leatherworking cannot also count toward Skinning, First Aid, Fishing, Cooking, or Archaeology. One profession per character is credited toward the achievement.
Reach Honored Guild Reputation
Every character counting toward the achievement must reach at least Honored reputation with the guild. Running dungeons grants the reputation needed — for example, clearing the last boss of Deadmines awards enough reputation to push a character into Honored standing.
Include Archaeology at 525
Archaeology must be included at 525 skill on a dedicated character. Although Archaeology does not appear on the achievement tooltip, it is required — the achievement will not complete until an Archaeology character at 525 also holds Honored guild reputation.
Avoid Transfer Characters for Realm First
Transferred characters can contribute to the base 'Working as a Team' guild achievement, but they do not count toward the Realm First version. All characters used for the Realm First must be non-transfers with Honored guild reputation and 525 skill in their assigned profession.
Tips
The base 'Working as a Team' achievement and the Realm First version complete separately — your guild may earn the base achievement days before the Realm First if transfer characters filled some profession slots.
Coordinate which character covers which single profession before anyone reaches 525, since doubling up on any toon disqualifies that character's second profession from being credited.
