Level First Aid to 525
Train First Aid from your faction's First Aid trainer and craft bandages to increase your skill. Gather cloth materials (linen, wool, silk, mageweave, runecloth, netherweave, frostweave, embersilk, windwool, or newer expansions' cloth) and craft progressively higher-tier bandages as your skill increases. Be the first player on your realm to reach 525 skill.
