Deathy was obtained by physically attending BlizzCon 2010 or by purchasing the Virtual Ticket to watch the stream. In-person attendees received their code at the event, while Virtual Ticket purchasers received their code via the email used to register on the rayv website, not necessarily the email tied to a Battle.net account, with delivery taking 6 to 9 weeks after the event.
