Cataclysmically Superior
Equip a superior item in every slot with a minimum item level of 333 (prior to Battle for Azeroth).
Cataclysmically Superior requires you to equip a superior (blue) quality item of at least item level 333 in every equipment slot before Battle for Azeroth.
Farm Normal Cataclysm Dungeons
Run Grim Batol, Halls of Origination, and Lost City of the Tol'Vir on normal difficulty, as these dungeons require item level 305 to enter and drop item level 333 gear directly.
Purchase Gear from Reputation Vendors
Reach Honored with Cataclysm factions to unlock item level 333 gear from their vendors — most major Cataclysm quest chains bring you to Honored or above by the time you finish them, especially with guild reputation bonuses.
Queue for Heroic Dungeons
Heroic Cataclysm dungeons require item level 329 to enter and drop item level 346 gear, making them the fastest source for any remaining slots once you meet the entry requirement.
Swap Rings and Trinkets
If you only have one item level 333 ring or trinket, swap it between your two ring slots or two trinket slots to satisfy the requirement for both slots.
Equip a Relic for Ranged Slot
If your class does not use ranged weapons, equip a relic in the ranged slot to fulfil that slot's requirement.
Tips
Higher reputation with Cataclysm factions also unlocks item level 346 gear, which can be equipped on any spec you can use to satisfy the achievement requirement and simultaneously qualify you for Heroic dungeons.
