Sergeant Major is a title-granting achievement that requires reaching a personal rating of 1500 in either Rated Battlegrounds or Rated Battleground Blitz.
Reach 1500 Rated Rating
Queue for Rated Battlegrounds or Rated Battleground Blitz and win matches until your personal rating (CR) reaches 1500. Your CR gain per win increases when the enemy team's matchmaking rating (eMMR) is higher than your CR — for example, when eMMR exceeds your CR by 100, a win grants +16 CR, while a loss costs only -8 CR.
Manage Rating Differential
When your eMMR is equal to your CR, a win yields +12 CR and a loss costs -12 CR; when eMMR is 200 below your CR, a win yields only +6 CR and a loss costs -18 CR, so avoid queuing into significantly lower-rated opponents when possible to protect your rating efficiency.
