Complete the Neptulon quests in Vashj'ir up to and including Defending the Rift.
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Neptulon quest chain in Vashj'ir through and including Defending the Rift, where you attempt to stop the Naga from overthrowing Neptulon.
Begin in Stormwind
The Vashj'ir quest chain begins in Stormwind with the quest Call of Duty. You must progress through the entire Vashj'ir storyline to reach the Neptulon chain.
Complete Full Circle
The direct prerequisite to the Neptulon chain is the quest Full Circle, located in Shimmering Expanse. Completing this unlocks the chain that leads toward Defending the Rift.
Reach Defending the Rift
Progress through the Abyssal Depths quest chain until you reach and complete Defending the Rift, which is the final quest required for this achievement.
