Silence is Golden is an achievement earned by defeating Atramedes in Blackwing Descent without any raid member's sound bar exceeding 50%.
Understand the Sound Bar
Atramedes' sound bar fills when players are hit by his AoE abilities. If it maxes out, he immediately targets that player with a rapid barrage of fireballs that kills them almost instantly, and some of his abilities also pursue players faster the higher their sound bar is.
Avoid AoE Abilities
Nearly all of Atramedes' abilities that raise the sound bar are avoidable, so focus on dodging them to keep every raid member's sound bar at or below 50% — the achievement requires no one to go over 50%, meaning exactly 50 is still permitted.
Manage Gong Usage
Gongs stun Atramedes and reset the sound bar for all raid members, but they are primarily reserved for interrupting his powerful channeled AoE and resetting his flame breath speed during the air phase, so avoid wasting them unnecessarily.
Enter and Defeat Atramedes
Enter Blackwing Descent and defeat Atramedes before the sound bars of any raid member cross 50%; at high gear levels the fight ends quickly enough that sound accumulation becomes a minor concern.
