Stay Chill
Defeat the Conclave of Wind in the Throne of the Four Winds while everyone in the raid has at least 7 stacks of Wind Chill.
Stay Chill requires you to defeat the Conclave of Wind in the Throne of the Four Winds while every member of the raid has at least 7 stacks of Wind Chill, a debuff gained by standing on Nezir's platform.
Enter and Kill Anshal
Enter the Throne of the Four Winds and go left to Anshal's platform. Kill Anshal first to get him out of the way.
Move to Nezir's Platform
Jump to Nezir's platform in the middle and stand there, letting his Wind Chill debuff stack on you. Wait until you have 3 stacks before moving on.
Kill Rohash Quickly
Jump to Rohash's platform on the right and kill him as fast as possible. Note that Wind Chill stacks can fall off during this encounter, so do not linger.
Return to Nezir for Stacks
Jump back to Nezir's platform and continue accumulating Wind Chill stacks. You may begin taking some damage here, so be ready to heal through it.
Kill Anshal Again
Once Anshal becomes active again, wait for him to finish his Zephyr cast, then jump over and kill him.
Reach 7 Stacks, Kill Nezir
Jump back to Nezir's platform and wait until Wind Chill reaches 7 stacks. Once you hit 7 stacks, kill Nezir immediately.
Kill Rohash to Finish
Jump to Rohash's platform and kill him to defeat the Conclave of Wind and complete the achievement.
Tips
This achievement is soloable at max level on any difficulty (10, 25, Normal, or Heroic).
If you lose Wind Chill stacks during the Rohash encounter, you can recover the missing stacks by spending extra time on Nezir's platform before the final kill.
