I Hate That Song
Defeat Temple Guardian Anhuur without allowing him to sing Reverberating Hymn for more than 15 seconds in Halls of Origination on Heroic Difficulty.
I Hate That Song is a 10-point Heroic difficulty achievement earned by defeating Temple Guardian Anhuur in Halls of Origination without allowing his Reverberating Hymn channel to last more than 15 seconds (hotfixed to a 20-second interrupt window).
Enter Halls of Origination
Set the dungeon to Heroic difficulty and enter Halls of Origination, then make your way to Temple Guardian Anhuur. At max level you can enter and solo this dungeon without a group.
Handle Phase One
In the first phase, attack Temple Guardian Anhuur directly while avoiding the laser and flame channels that randomly target areas of the platform.
Prepare for Shield Phase
Every 33% health, Anhuur becomes fully invulnerable and begins channeling Reverberating Hymn, applying a stacking damage-over-time effect on all group members that will become unhealable if left unchecked. No spells or abilities can damage him while his shield is active.
Pull Levers in Pit
Drop into the pit below the platform and pull both levers to bring down Anhuur's shield, which interrupts his Reverberating Hymn channel. This must be done within 20 seconds of the channel starting to satisfy the achievement requirement. To keep the pit safer, a ranged player can use area-of-effect abilities from the platform above to draw the snakes toward the lever pullers' side before dropping down.
Tips
If farming this at max level, Anhuur dies so quickly in phase one that the shield phase may never trigger, completing the achievement by default.
