Old Faithful
Get Lady Naz'jar to kill one of her minions with her Geyser ability in Throne of the Tides on Heroic Difficulty.
Old Faithful is an achievement in Throne of the Tides (Heroic) that requires Lady Naz'jar to kill one of her own minions using her Geyser ability.
Enter Throne of the Tides
Enter Throne of the Tides on Heroic difficulty and fight through to Lady Naz'jar. Note that the Geyser is the water volcano ability — not the tornado that follows you.
Damage a Tempest Witch
During the Lady Naz'jar encounter, reduce one Naz'tar Tempest Witch to around 50% health, then stop dealing damage to it. The Geyser hits for roughly 75% of a Tempest Witch's total health, so it will not kill one at full health.
CC and stack on the add
Crowd control the damaged Tempest Witch and stack on top of it so Lady Naz'jar's Geyser hits the CC'd mob directly, killing it and granting the achievement. Alternatively, a Priest can Mind Control one of the adds and position it on top of the Geyser when it erupts.
Avoid killing Naz'jar too fast
At max level you can one-shot Lady Naz'jar as soon as you engage her — if this happens on the first Geyser cast, the achievement will not trigger and the instance can bug out, making the next boss's activation machine unclickable and requiring you to wait until the next day to reset and try again.
