In a single Twin Peaks battle, capture and return a total of 9 flags.

Cloud Nine requires capturing and returning a combined total of 9 flags in a single Twin Peaks battle, which is extremely difficult to achieve without coordinating with a player on the opposing faction who repeatedly grabs and drops the flag so you can return it.

1

Coordinate With Opposing Player

Arrange for a friend on the opposing faction to enter Twin Peaks and repeatedly cap then immediately drop your team's flag. The flag respawns after roughly 3 seconds, so your friend can cycle through flag grabs rapidly while you return each one, allowing all 9 combined captures and returns to be completed in approximately 60 seconds.

2

Without a Cooperative Opponent

If playing without a coordinated opposing player, ask your teammates to focus on defense and let enemies grab the flag solo or with minimal support, then have a stealth class wait for the enemy to pick up the flag before engaging, kill the carrier, and let you return the flag. The majority of your 9 total will come from returns rather than captures, since capping too many flags ends the game prematurely.
