Somebody Likes Me
Raise a reputation to Exalted.
Somebody Likes Me is a 10-point achievement earned by raising any single faction's reputation all the way to Exalted.
Choose a Faction to Farm
Pick a faction you are already close to Exalted with. As a Blood Elf, completing all quests in the starting zone and Ghostlands will bring you to Exalted with Tranquillien by around level 21. Alternatively, for Burning Crusade factions, run dailies and Heroic Magister's Terrace to reach Exalted with Shattered Sun Offensive, or complete Scryer or Aldor quests and turn-ins.
Use a Racial Tabard in Dungeons
Purchase a racial tabard for a few silver, equip the 
Stormwind Tabard or its equivalent, and run heroic dungeons to earn reputation with that tabard's associated faction until you hit Exalted.
Tips
If you want the fastest possible path, wearing a racial tabard while running heroic dungeons generates reputation without needing to do quests at all.
