Defeat Vanessa VanCleef in Deadmines on Heroic difficulty while grouped with at least 3 guild members (3 out of 5 players minimum must be from your guild).
Form a guild group
Assemble a party with at least 3 members from your guild out of 5 total players to meet the guild group requirement for this achievement.
Enter Heroic Deadmines
Travel to Deadmines and select Heroic difficulty when entering the dungeon with your guild group.
Defeat Vanessa VanCleef
Progress through Heroic Deadmines and defeat the final boss, Vanessa VanCleef, to complete the achievement.
