Heroic: Sinestra
Defeat Sinestra in the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic Difficulty.
Heroic: Sinestra is earned by defeating Sinestra in the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic difficulty, rewarding the title Dragonslayer.
Enter and Engage Sinestra
Enter the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic difficulty and attack Sinestra until her shield spawns, then step inside the shield.
Kill Whelps in Shield
While inside the shield, kill the whelps and any adds as they appear, then continue attacking Sinestra to reduce her mana pool shield.
Destroy the Pulsating Eggs
Watch chat for the yellow text 'The barrier protecting the Pulsing Twilight Eggs dissipates as Sinestra harnesses their power!' — there is no audio cue — then immediately destroy the two Pulsating Eggs on either side of her as fast as possible.
Avoid the Friendly NPC
In phase 2, stay away from the friendly NPC at all times, as pools dropped under your feet will deal damage to him if you stand near him, causing the boss to despawn if he dies.
Burn Sinestra Down
After the eggs are destroyed, deal damage to Sinestra as quickly as possible to finish the encounter and earn the achievement.
Tips
