Heroic: Cho'gall
Defeat Cho'gall in the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic Difficulty.
Heroic: Cho'gall is earned by defeating Cho'gall in the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic difficulty, which also causes the floor to collapse and reveals the optional boss Sinestra.
Enter Bastion of Twilight
Enter the Bastion of Twilight and make your way to Cho'gall. He has significantly more HP than on normal difficulty, so raid DPS must be high throughout the encounter.
Interrupt All Worship Casts
On Heroic, each uninterrupted Worship cast applies a 5% damage buff to Cho'gall that lasts one minute, and he casts it roughly every 20 seconds. Unlike normal difficulty, these stacks do not fall off quickly, so every single Worship must be interrupted before any stacks accumulate or the raid will be overwhelmed.
Use a Paladin Tank
If possible, use a paladin as one of your tanks, as Avenger's Shield is particularly effective for interrupting Worship casts.
