Heroic: Halfus Wyrmbreaker
Defeat Halfus Wyrmbreaker in the Bastion of Twilight on Heroic Difficulty.
Heroic: Halfus Wyrmbreaker is earned by defeating Halfus Wyrmbreaker on Heroic difficulty inside the Bastion of Twilight raid.
Enter Bastion of Twilight
Enter the Bastion of Twilight and make your way to Halfus Wyrmbreaker. On Heroic difficulty, all five drakes are active and Halfus has significantly increased health compared to Normal mode.
Activate All Drakes Immediately
On the pull, activate the Nether Scion, Time Warden, Orphaned Emerald Whelps, and Storm Rider right away to apply a large damage increase to Halfus, which reduces the danger of most fight mechanics.
Manage Tank Swap Rotation
Rotate tanks to prevent Mortal Strike stacks from building too high on any single tank; swapping at around 4 to 5 stacks is recommended, cycling through tanks until several drakes are defeated.
Interrupt Shadow Nova
Assign a DPS with an interrupt cooldown of 10 seconds or less to handle Shadow Nova on Halfus, since tanks are unlikely to be hit-capped and cannot reliably interrupt on their own.
Defeat Halfus Wyrmbreaker
Burn down Halfus Wyrmbreaker to zero health to complete the encounter and earn the achievement.
