Heroic: Nefarian
Defeat Nefarian in Blackwing Descent on Heroic Difficulty.
Heroic: Nefarian is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Nefarian in Blackwing Descent on Heroic difficulty, rewarding the title Blackwing's Bane.
Enter Blackwing Descent
Enter Blackwing Descent and fight your way to Nefarian. The encounter has three phases, each with an additional heroic-only ability that does not appear on Normal difficulty.
Handle Dominion in Phase 1
In Phase 1, Nefarian casts Dominion on two random non-tank players, slowly walking them toward a portal with a purple beam connecting them to it. DPS players should use the second ability on their temporary action bar to stack the damage buff as high as possible before breaking free just before reaching the portal. Healers should use the first ability to break Dominion immediately.
Defeat Nefarian for Title
Killing Nefarian on Heroic difficulty awards the achievement and grants the title Blackwing's Bane, obtainable in the 10-man Heroic version of the raid.
