Defeat Maloriak in Blackwing Descent on Heroic Difficulty.
Defeat Maloriak on Heroic Difficulty in Blackwing Descent to earn this 10-point achievement.
Enter Blackwing Descent
Enter the raid and make your way to Maloriak's chamber.
Handle the Vile Swill phase
During Heroic, Maloriak spawns an additional phase before the red and blue phases in each cycle. Your add tank must kite the Vile Swill adds around the room while they continuously drop ooze puddles, and the raid must AoE them down.
Manage Maloriak's shadow damage
During the Vile Swill phase, Maloriak periodically channels a spell that deals high shadow damage to his target and reduces their healing received by 100% for the duration. Be prepared to handle this mechanic.
Defeat Maloriak
Defeat Maloriak to complete the achievement and earn the title Slayer of Stupid, Incompetent and Disappointing Minions.
