Southern Barrens Quests
Complete the Southern Barrens storylines listed below.
Southern Barrens Quests is a 10-point achievement earned by completing all storylines in the Southern Barrens zone.
Start at Hunter's Hill
Begin your questline at Hunter's Hill and complete every quest available there. This is the primary starting point for the Southern Barrens storyline.
Kill Honor's Stand Officers
Head to Honor's Stand, located very close to Hunter's Hill, and slay the NPCs called Honor's Stand Officer. They have a 94% chance to drop a quest-starting item, so slay one or two if needed.
Visit Nura Pathfinder
Find Nura Pathfinder at 31.4, 13.3 in Southern Barrens. She offers quests that lead up the high road, including a follow-up quest called Holdout at Hunter's Hill, which grants credit toward Hunter's Hill completion.
Find Holgom's Quests
Visit Holgom at 37.65, 16.63 in Southern Barrens. He offers 2 additional quests that may be visible only when viewing the Northern Barrens map, and there is also 1 quest from the NPC in the nearby Tower.
Complete The Overgrowth
Do not skip The Overgrowth area, as it contains quests that are easy to miss and can leave the achievement incomplete.
Grind Quilboar for Blood of the Barrens
If you are stuck near completion, grind Quilboar enemies until they drop the item that starts the quest Blood of the Barrens, which counts toward the achievement total.
Tips
The Honor's Stand Officer has a 94% drop chance on the quest-starting item, so at most a couple of kills should be enough.
If Hunter's Hill shows as incomplete, check Nura Pathfinder at 31.4, 13.3 and Holgom at 37.65, 16.63 for quests you may have missed.
