The Guild Vault achievement requires purchasing all 8 guild bank tabs, with a total cost of 
44,350 gold across all tabs and the 8th tab requiring the guild to reach level 10.
Reach Guild Level 10
The 8th guild bank tab can only be purchased once the guild has achieved level 10.
Earn Honored Guild Reputation
You must reach Honored reputation with your guild before you can purchase guild bank tabs.
Purchase All 8 Tabs
Buy each guild bank tab in order: tab 1 costs 100g, tab 2 costs 250g, tab 3 costs 500g, tab 4 costs 1,000g, tab 5 costs 2,500g, tab 6 costs 5,000g, tab 7 costs 10,000g, and tab 8 costs 20,000g, for a combined total of 44,350 gold.
Obtain 8th Tab Voucher
The Guild Vault Voucher for the 8th slot can also be obtained as a reward for completing the Stay Classy guild achievement, which may reduce the gold required.
