Northern Barrens Quests is a 10-point achievement earned by completing all major storylines across the Northern Barrens zone.
Start at Far Watch Post
Enter the Northern Barrens from Durotar and pick up quests at Far Watch Post, where you will slay Quillboars, plainstriders, and collect supplies. Also grab the quest from the peon outside the flaming stables before moving on.
Defend Caravan to Grol'dom Farm
Escort the caravan west to Grol'dom Farm, where you will kill Quillboars and rescue a kodo. Do not skip Grol'dom's Missing Kodo, as it is easy to overlook and counts toward the achievement total.
Escort Caravan to Crossroads
Defend the caravan again as it travels to the Crossroads, then pick up quests there to kill beasts and explore the nearby oases.
Complete Forgotten Pools and Stagnant Oasis
Find the two additional quest givers at the Forgotten Pools and the two quest givers at the Stagnant Oasis, completing quests to kill the nearby Kolkar and their leaders.
Do the Wizzlecrank Escort Quest
If you are one quest short of the total, look for the Wizzlecrank's Shredder escort quest, which consists of 2 quests and is easy to miss since it is not directly connected to the main quest chains in the zone.
Find Regthar Deathgate Quests
Regthar Deathgate offers 3 quests, but the second and third quests only activate after completing Thork's quest Deathgate's Reinforcements. Also seek out Kala'ma for 1 quest, Ta'jari for 1 quest, and Telar Highstrider for 1 quest available to Druids, Hunters, and Priests.
Tips
Deathgate's Reinforcements from Thork may be unlocked by completing the Centaur Bracers quest, which then opens Regthar Deathgate's second and third quests.
